What speed reels do you recommend for medium and medium heavy rods? Also what size spinning reel?

3 rods I use, from my experience, from the bank are
    1 medium 7' Spinning
    1 med/hev 7' 3" Baitcaster 6:3
    1 heavy 7' 3" 7:1

I have gone out on many trips wishing I brought my frog rod or my flipping stick
spinning gear can handle a lot of top water, crankbaits, chatterbaits all your finesse, and weightless
And med/heavy is just the all around rod where you pretty much can do anything

Good video with a lot of good info. I liked the fact that you included points about lower costing equipment. As long as it is good quality folks should stay within their means, you want to enjoy the experience. My favs for spinning rods are abu garcia and fenwick, 6'6" – 7'' med action. My go to cast rods are fenwick and bass pro, 7' – 7'6" med heavy. Keep up the good work.
